They're sensor dampening the sentries, I think.
Not sure if it's allowed, tbh.
Shield-tanking sentries and target-jamming them were both fixed in successive patches........

Never.
A certain race of fluffy pink cuties think it becomes an "exploit" when they whine about it enough.
I've sentry tanked many times, I've killed loads of people doing so, and I've done so in the presence of a GM AND I asked if it was an exploit several times before actually doing it.
Hugs and kisses to my purple and yellow friends.
GM's are pirates too, and here's the proof!

Originally by: Viceroy No actually the one time I met GM White at a gate, I webbed and scrambled him and asked for a toll of 50mil, he simply replied "BAN?"
That was the end of that camp...
GM's always have been cheap bastards.

Tricky one to counter too unless you target the -5.0's only.

Originally by: AbraKadaver Seems like a horrendous waste of time/effort on zombie's behalf. What will it honestly achieve?
Lots of named expanders!
I'm pretty sure the price of locals dropped a bit after the Yulai incident

I think Atlar has a lot of agent missions passing through it - that might be why there are plenty of afk pilots

It's very tough to counter - you lose SR (unless these guys have -5.0) and if you're hitting the ones without -5.0 they could warp out and there's every chance the sentries can turn on you.

Atlar should be called "Pennywell" - it's just not safe to leave anything alone for too long

People who know me know I am not a pirate and consider myself a bit of a carebear however I can never understand the PK/PvP peoples replies to thise posts.
Why be so agressive?
The truth of the matter is as much as I dislike Zombies and would prefer that they were permabaned based on exploiting and griefing they are not doing it here.
Atlar is a 0.4 system, players are allowed to kill shps and survive there, in this case Zombies are staying within the boundries of the rules of EvE.
Thats all that need to be said.
I agree with all that.

What suprises me however is that you, the PvP/PK players dont get in touch with the Zombies and ask them to not be so high profile, you just like me know that mass blockades like this cause alot of complaints, that noise reaches CCP's ears.
If the complaints become too numerous then CCP will act on them as their main objective in providing this game is making isk (islandic krona, not ingame isk).
It is in the PvP peoples interest that there becomes no inflamed debates over issues like this one, just calmly and accurately describe what is what and leave it. Having 20+ players whining about people whining and 90% of them being rude or trolling does not help your cause, especially as its the same people again and again and again.
I dont want PvP to be removed from the game, I do however want PK to be tuned down and an encounter with a pirate to be more than "oops pirates at this gate, lets see how much I have to pay for my next stabber, rupture, tempest, hoarder...".
Thus please, use restraint, talk to the so called gankers, be they zombies, M0o, c0w or whoever (sorry moo and cow, Im not sure if you masscamp 0.4 systems nowadays but you have in the past thus I use your names here) to not make themselves such easy targets for "nerfs", spread out your camps, move them often, choose your targets rather than kill everything in a specific timeperiod...
By doing that you minimize the chance that piracy will be made more dificult in the future.
WTF?
Zombies aren't bringing attention to themselves. They're just playing the game in a way that they enjoy.
It's the whining carebears who bring attention (needlessly, I might add) to these seemingly legitimate activities.
Maybe some of these whining afk-miners/agent runners should put some isk in the pot and hire Celes or Bladerunners to go disrupt Zombie.
I wouldn't like to try it - I have no clue what the sentry guns will do if I was to shoot a Zombie player in 0.4 while it is being sensor dampened and I'm not about to lose a ship trying
